Reykjanes peninsula (Day tour)

  • Reykjanes peninsula is now mostly known for its regular eruptions. Seven eruptions has happened since 2020.

But Reykjanes has much more to offer, like nice sunrise, sunset, sometimes big waves, lighthouses, geology, geothermal areas, The Blue Lagoon and more.

We drive around the peninsula and make a short stop at the most interesting places such as the Lava Pool, Gunnuhver, Reykjanesviti, Garðsviti. And of course we make a lunch stop at Grindavik, the town that was abandoned in November 2023 due to eruptions.

If you have some special places you want to see, just let me know and we change our schedule according to that.

From September to March it could be a good idea to extend the tour for Aurora photography.
